Should be mentioned in the controller list of your virus. Maybe some parameters are not automatable via MIDI.

Type/Mix is controller 105
Intensity is 107

You need to have it set to phaser though and not distortion or chorus though or it will change the parameters for those.

to find out what the other numbers are without the list, just make an empty midi channel, set input to virus, record enable, hit record and turn the dials you want. In the velocity/controller lane, click on the drop bar set to default as "velocity". Any numbers with a * next to it has been recorded.

Thanks Cheggy!

I tried writing it in to a midi ch but it did niot work
I will give this a go, it should solve the problem, cheers.

Just out of curiosity. do you use yrs in Single, Multi or Multi/Single mode? and am i missin somthing with the delay/Reverb ect... when in Multi/Single mode coz i can only get it workin on 1 ch!!!

Thanks for the help!

I use it in single mode so that I complete control over all the sounds and record individually. Reverb and Delay are global effects. If you run multi-mode, the reverb is the same for all patches. Best to do single mode if you can.

Pretty damn good. You can't go past it for leads. You should check out the CS-80V by arturia as well. It sounds very nice indeed. There is a demo available. Bit of a CPU hog but it puts out some really nice weird sounds.

Hehe glad to see you're so happy with your new synth

Isn't that an amazing feeling?

Anyways, looks like you have a good deal of manual reading to do~~read that thing front to back! It should have all your answers in there

Is it just the phaser that you are having trouble automating. Can you automate any of the other features?

Posted by ABSYNTH on Apr-15-2004 20:17:

every thing else is ok, its just the phazer
Thats what is doing my nut in!

(EDIT)
Has anyone else had this problem?????????????
