Thanx guys !
Nailed the genre progression. I'm assuming that was the priority.
loved it. smooth and overall, seamless.
A small critique and it's not about the actual DJing but the recording. The equalization seemed to favor different freqs at different parts of the session. For example with the housier stuff of the first several tracks it overall sound is lacking in the lower half of the spectrum. Not a whole lot, in fact its almost imperceptable through the middle in the deeper tracks which favor that end of the spectrum naturally. Different tracks require different EQ across a genre and to blend that is pretty difficult especially between different sources. Again, it is almost imperceptable but to me it comes across as unwanted gain in certain parts of the session.
Excelent mix.
I'll be listening to this one for a while. Thanx.
As far as I can remember, unwanted gain is caused by the drinks
Appreciate the comments, we will have them in mind while recording next time !
nice mix guys
i'm definitly groovin to it!
Great mix!
Thought the Acker Bilk ending was a unique touch!
Whirlpool - Under The Sun did it for me though
