Then again i say it depends on what type of trance im listening to. If its some hard nrg then up and down but some chill-out uplifting shit is left-to-right.

As you can see, I'm an up and down kinda guy as well. Though now that I think about it, I've been known to go side to side when it gets really good. Not to mention I start singing the basslines and the sounds. n tse n tse n tse. lol
