Abel Ramos - Aquarius (Original & Randy Katana Remix)

Here's a review from another other source, as I have grown quite tired after reviewing multiple trakx...

"The first release on Pulsar Records which is Abel Ramos' new label.
The original is a great trancer on the softer side. But oh my... Randy Katana treats us to a Viframa-style Remix... insane in the
buildup and then dropping into a fantastic bassline the way we all recognize from his earlier work. This is one to buy trust me!! Lets see what Pulsar brings us next and hope it all stays as good as this release

You melodic and uplifting lovers will get a major kick out of Abel Ramos' original, while us tech-trance and tribal-influenced lovers will go with the Randy Katana remix. Very solid release.. both mixes are phenomenal. 10/10

btw: Katana's mix has one MEAN build-up.

heh. Abel Ramos have me a promo cd of this tune in january when i went to his studio. I listened to the first tuen (original) and thought it was abit crappy so threw it away. Didnt really notice a katana mix!

heard it not too long ago and thoroughly like it...Katana does not fail to impress...One Solid Wave is an amazing production by Randy as well imo

I think (I only know the Randy Katana Remix) is a little to monotone at some parts. On the dancefloor it may be great, and mix in bloody well! but just to listen it's not all that good!

I've only heard the Katana Remix.......it starts really nice and OMG when the main melody comes on 2:54,simply fantastic,i couldn't believe it.It's beyond words,amazing.......until on 4:50 when the main melody stops,from that point and on i don't like it (I'm sure this is where NoisyNeil says that it gets monotone),it gets (as was mentioned before) techy and i'm not a big fan of tech trance .So now i'm looking forward to the Original Mix

randy katana remix: good stuff

overall a good release! this offers two different styles which is great IMO. both are good, i just prefer the original here!
would love to have this one on cd.

Katana kicks ass, that breakdown is so amazing, and the MELODY, HOLY SHIT

9/10 (if it built back up from the breakdown a little better, it would be perfect 10)
