Who is going to the Run this weekend? It will be awesome! 10k of pure sheer goodness. It�s great for the heart. Plus it raises awareness about fitness and health.

i really should be doing it, especially this is the last year I qualify in the 18 and under category but i work plus certain habits have erm, contributed to a lack of physical fitness.

I ran it in grade 12 in highschool

48 minutes was my time.

However, I haven't had a serious run since.

50 minutes. I though I did it in under 40, because I started running at 9:50 and arrived at 10:25. Hmmm... strange... oh well

heh, you always think you are running faster than you actually are.

a 35 minute run is FAST, if you were going for under 50 chances are you didn't quite make it to 35.

They could have made a type. After all my first name and my last name were both misspelled. And the fact that my time was 50:00 is quite unusual. I mean if it was 50:34 it would be normal, but 50:00... I think they screwed something up
