i like! that melody sounds a lot like something G&M Project/Jaron Inc/2 players etc would make.

here my little review

i really like the atmosphere in the breakdown its simple but nice i also like the way youve made the lead synth come in it keeps you interested as i said before the melody is wikid, awesome work! i want the full thing now

Like this alot mate , The melody is very nice. Sweet bass. Great synths. The kick could be slightly louder and the buildup could be longer if you ask me, but this is probably because its still under construction.
Amazing stuff as always . Waiting for the full version.

Sunquest, ur Summer Time's track rocked out this weekend. I figured i'd tell you. I have 2 internet radio shows within the next week and rest-assured that i will be playing one of your tracks. I think promoting future prdocuers is the best way to help the genre grow. Cheers mate, and if you want to tune in to any of the shows, just let me know.

nice tune i like this coz its different to ur others. the others are all too similar sounding. this is very unique. keep it up

Posted by Mike_Foyle on Apr-19-2004 07:14:

i think too much compression again tho lol. and kick is a bit quiet, but its a very nice kick indeed! let me remix it when its done, and send me a full copy on msn later!

Posted by Sunquest on Apr-19-2004 12:27:

thanx for replies guys, the part at 1:23 isnt overcompressed, its just that i lowered the volume a little, so it goes from down to up, thought it would sound good, but i geuss not :S

and smrq, links working fine whats the problem?

Hey m8, quality is getting better and better. This sample has too much break IMO, but hey pity it's a sample. Bassline could use some more work, bit muddy still, but this is going into the right direction.

Great work!

It sounds great. If I were to nitpick I would say too much reverb on some parts. It almost sounds drowned when the build groove at 1:22 or so. When I was listening to the guitar part I was wishing to hear a more defined instrument. The notes it hits are nice, but a guitar has a certain sound be it an acoustic or electric. It still sounds good, but I just think in that section it could sound way better and would create such magic if executed differently.

Still, great job. It felt intense.

How strange... the link works fine now. *shrug* So!

I think I've mentioned it before, but I love all your stuff. It all sounds really professional - and this isn't an exception. The synths are great, and I personally think that the guitar sound at the beginning works fine. I too think that the song would benefit from a bit of a slower buildup. But that's just a minor personal opinion - overall, the track sounds great! Keep it up m8!
