If this is about Harlequin fetuses then there is no way I'm clicking that link. Easily the saddest and most disturbing sights in nature (and I'd like to think that I'm pretty desensitised to this sort of thing by now).

From memory it's an extreme form of "psoriasis" (had to look that word up), which leaves the entire skin (as opposed to just small patches) crusty with wax. There's a reason for the red eyes as well, but I forget the reason.

There's been a few documented cases of it (so it's not bullshit) but I don't have the stomach to search for more info. If you want to know more, just do a search for "Harlequin fetus" in google.
