Uploading Files to TranceAddict

How do I upload mp3s to TranceAddict? I see the ftp and the bottom of the download singles page, but whenever i go there, i type in the address bar: ftp://ftp.tranceaddict.com:4001, then enter in the username and pw, and it tries to load for 10 minutes and fails... am i doing something wrong?

use an ftp program like cuteftp
