I'm biased, but i think this tune is great It's such a good song for yearning for next summer to be here allready.

Summerish feel, some nice little extras...maybe you'll enjoy

Thumbs up

this is my favorite type of music
really great stuff, u could work on the guitar sound on the keys, i think u need a little more delay on it or something to not make it too empty
but excellent stuff
i love it

damn i love this song, reminds of janeiro (avb remix), what did u use for the guitar? was it a synth/sample?

Anyways great track i want the hifi!!

I'm glad you folks enjoyed!

I used reason for the guitar m8- its a preset in NN19 that i tweaked and filtered

btw for producers if curious: all reason/novation nova sequenced in cubase

still checkin if anyone else wants to take a peek!

yea i have heard people say to use that preset to make the envio guitar... Yours sounds almost exact as envio's! nice

Posted by broken silence on Apr-25-2004 00:19:

well why thank ya!!

Posted by Amathus on Apr-25-2004 00:24:

nice stuff mate, how long have you been producing?

i can see this easily getting picked up by a label!

well done. i think youve got yourself a winner

Posted by BassAngel on Apr-25-2004 00:50:

I'm curious, just gotta listen.... (I need sleep......addiction....forum.....zzzzzz...one....more.....post)

Ooooooooo I likes the bass. Reminds me of Freejack - Sightless a bit with that great distorted top bit. This is a talented piece of work mate. This is really good @ 2 mins-ish. Scratch that, barilliyant. Feel like I'm joining in the chorus here but so what, it's brill.

Get it out there mate, your DJ friend was using his noodle.

EDIT: I could go into specifics of what I think is top about this tune (4:22 the offbeat counternotes for example) but just send send send!

Awesome! Thanks alot guys for listening and taking the time to drop something off too :P

BTW: Ive been producing for about a year and ahalf now but have been playing the piano for 12 years :P

Very nice. Listening to it right now. You got a great bassline in that song going. Very solid. Uplifting melody. I can hear where you got "Next Summer" from. If I had a hi-quality version of this song, I would definitely keep playing this!

Posted by broken silence on Apr-25-2004 13:06:

Hey-
Glad you enjoyed! Sorry about the low quality thing If the labels don't take I'll deffo post it up as hifi-

I love making a track off of a theme...I'm so anxious for next summer that I had to make a summery track just for it

Posted by Mr.Mystery on Apr-25-2004 14:18:

Nope, not listening, too bad quality.

I thought we had rules for these.

great track! very summerish! would love to play this in the car when i'm driving to my holiday destination

Posted by broken silence on Apr-25-2004 17:42:

Thanks John :P

Posted by Stephenox on Apr-25-2004 22:09:

Well, I look forward to maybe hearing it in better quality then. But again, nice work. =)

Posted by smrq on Apr-25-2004 22:16:

Sounds great! (Other than the low quality, but if that couldn't be helped, then I can't complain about it.) I love this style of trance... and the guitar sound perfectly complements it. Excellent stuff.

Thanks alot I'm glad you enjoyed

Posted by smallboy on Apr-26-2004 06:28:

Maybe you can post a little (main) piece of the track in better quality?

About the track:
Bassline is really nice. Guitar sound is cool
The melodies are good, but sometimes too jumpy (jumping from high to low notes a little too much, might be personal though).

Overall good track. I like it.

thanks m8, im glad you enjoyed :P
