Track ID please

Hey all I need your help identifying a track for me.
It's an older vocal tune from about 1998/99 if not earlier.
The female vocals go something like:

"� need a spirit who can touch my soul......
Someone like you...."

I know I have it in my collection somewhere but since I can't remember the name of the artist. Any help?

Uber-track! One of my favorites.... Oakie used to drop it all the time. PERF141T is the label ID.

I'll play it on 2HP.ca Radio in about 3 minutes.
