anyone has a hard time sleeping???
eventhough you are tired as hell and your eyes are just slightly open. YOU STILL CANT SLEEP!!!! is there something wrong? phsycailly you are tired but mentally your are fine..weird....i started smoking out because of this..anyone?? anyway to solve it?
2 nighttime sudafed + 2 advil has worked for me the last few times that's happened
and yeah, i get it all the time 
funny you mention that, cause I haven't slept yet. I was in bed for the longest time, yet no sleep at all.

I was an insomniac for many years mainly cos I use to work for a TV station & was rostered on varying shifts, around the clock/7 days a week. My body never had a chance to recover. Even once I quit, my bodyclock was severely fucked up for years. Then I read somewhere to mix peppermint tea with chamomile tea before bed, (I was sceptical at first cos my mum (mom) used to give me chamomile tea as a kid with little, to no affect). Anyways, I tried it & about 30 mins later zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Now I actually go to bed on a regular basis between 10pm & midnight.
Try it, you aint got nothing to lose

ya, i work on weird ass shifts also...630pm-300am or 9pm-530am damn i cant sleep at al when the sun shine in. i know if i think while i sleep, i would be able to sleep at all, but everytime i think of dat then im thinking on something again....u know wut i mean?....err...i used to drink beer also , till my belly cant take anymore so i start smoking weed.....lol...but i eat everytime i smoek...so.....WTF!!^^

I take a 1/2 of Xanax or Valium before I go to bed if i feel like I might not be able to sleep.
Xanax is teh shiznit.
Usually people cant fall asleep because they have too many things going through their mind. If you're thinking about a million things
when you're trying to go to sleep it's just not going to happen.
Xanax basically shuts your brain off and says GOODNIGHT!

I've been having this problem waaayyyyy too frequently lately! It's absolutely frustrating!
But that could be because one of the possible side effects of the meds i'm on is insomnia lol
i know exactly what you mean.
it's not even proper insomnia though, that's the worst part.
try hitting the gym a few hours before you intend on going to bed.
the gym is a good idea, like yesteday..well earlier this morning i had some wine, kinda helped me. I have a wierd sleeping schedule now..because i got used to beeing awake till 5am during spring break in Panama city beach, yeah...when i came back..still sleeping till 4-5 am...its cool on the weekends when i hit down town, but hard on the weekdays.
i have that all the time unfortunately ....im just too stressed and anxious and nervous blah it sucks ....
i don't want to use any medicine ...i take too much already and if i take medicine this shit like tercian ...the next morning im still exhausted almost sleepy so its not good ....
advices ....well i dunno just try to listen to some music i guess relaxing ones it can help but ...i don't have the perfect solution either ....UNFORTUNATELY 
Good ol' hammer to the head works wonders in the "passing out" department.
stop smoking for a few weeks, you'll be fine

valium knocks you the fuck out
I from time to time have trouble sleeping but here are some tips I have learned to get a good nite sleep.
Try being as active as possible throughout the day, and try to avoid any excercise before you sleep. Also try to avoid any stimulants like Caffeine especially Alcohol which disrupts REM sleep, causing you to feel quite sluggish in the day. Also try drinking warm Milk and eat a Banana and/or eat lots of Turkey which has lots of Tryptamine, if that fails try taking some 5htp and some Melatonin, which helps into the conversion of Seratonin.
Well if all else fails than just pop a 1mg Xanax or some Valium like someone suggested and you will be out cold, with some of the best sleep of your life! But only use when necessary, since you could become even dependent on it resulting in increased Insomnia.

Thanx for all those ways to solve this problem. I probably think too much for everything anyways, sometimes i think i have a problem, but i dont even have time to see a Doc. All the medicines, drinks and weed, i really dont want to make it a habit thats why im hopeing there are other ways to sleep. Im usually too tired to work out, like i said im mentally awake BUT physically tired..lol if you knwo what i mean*_*\..............
