where is a good place to get good quality samples
and vocals and stuff from movies that would sound
good over sets etc.

any links and stuff??

Bearing in mind, of course, that using any samples from movies without clearance is copyright infringement, which is illegal.

Well, yes. You're copying the original material (illegal!), and then using it to make money with (doubly illegal!).
