This Is Not Miami - Sander K

Ok, this is a track that Sander Kleinenberg played at Space during WMC. it was 3-7-04 (my 21 b-day) on the terrace. its a male "talking" vocal and the only words to the song were "this is not miami". sander dropped it again for us last night at Icon in Orlando but only because we requested it. we passed him a note from the VIP area that said "this is not miami" but never got up to him to ask him what the track was. this song totally owned my ass that night in miami, and would love to have an ID of it. any help is apreciated, thanks!

I heard that the "this is not miami" was just a sample he had laid over some other track.
I don;t recognize the track under it so I can't say.

I think it's a voice over some track - he played the same track at Crobar NYC on June 11 with the voice saying "This is not New York"
