Locations?

I'm trying to finish relabelling some sets I have, but I'm missing the actual locations (city/country/etc.) of them. Anyone know where these took place?:

Paul van Dyk @ Energy Festival (10-08-2003)
Tiesto @ Energy 2000
Paul van Dyk @ Rosenmontag's Rave 2002
Paul van Dyk @ Columbiahalle (Essential Mix 2002)
Chicane @ Palladium 2000

a little off topic but...there's also a Palladium in Acapulco, Mexico. Has anyone been there? It's a very nice club and they played some nice prog when i was there last spring break...not sure if any renowned djs spin there though
