Need to know what song this piano piece is from

I've heard the real piece elsewhere so I know that it does exist, I just want to know who is the composer and what the title is called. I need to know this information for:

That is only the guy who played the piece for Delerium, not the actual composer of the classical piece. Thanks although it didnt really help.
