Please identify this *Live Set*

In the beginning there's a guy saying : the whole thing is based on respect , respect to the crowd , respect to the dj , respect the one and other ...

don't u know what live set is that ?

it is a Loveparade'99 set.
Carl Cox or Sven Vath.
I have it but only 12 mins.

30 min version from audiogalaxy, i think it was a strange version, the song is called cox/vath @ LP ??2001??? but it is 30 min.

it can't be LP 2001 cause none of them spun this year at LP

That line is surely familiar - I remember hearing it when sampling some Sven Vath livesets from 1997-2000 era from Kazaa while I was addicted to his hit "Dein Sweiss".
