u never know it might be good. like the state of the matter remix, that shit owned, i thought it was gona be some "pos" remix, but alot of ppl on here liked it too. just wait till uhear the tune b4 judging

i have not listened to it and I usually try to listen to a tune before passing any comment.
however, this remix im sure will get bummed by people for about 5 mins then forgotten like all the other shitty bootlegs of it that exist already.
a classic case of an unknown artist trying to get some "street cred" by remixing the biggest tune of 2003

like i said, no need for it really

Or perhaps, mr condescending, it's one of their favourite tunes ever and so they wanted to have a go a remixing it? Your comment defines the word 'arrogance'

so if it was their favourite tune ever why not make it even more special and keep it for themselves? surely if they were doing it for the love of music (and not the money) they would want to be the only ones playing it...

its all about the $$ (or maybe )

Not really. There are plenty of ppl on the amateur forum who remix their favourite tracks just because they like the track and want to have shot at it. If it happens that it is then good enough for commercial release, then so be it.

i guess we'll have to agree to disagree.

Check Luke Terry's remix of out of the blue, that's a prime example.
I'm sure he'd be offended if u told him he only remixed it cos he was hoping to make money out of it.

Exactly. However many people wrote off the Perry O'Neil remix of the tune and that ended up being something quite different and unique. If its got the vocals tho im not even gonna listen to it.
