i dont own this mix atm but my mate got the sample and said it doesnt sound like it

I just discovered a tiesto remix, which i havent come accross be4 so ill check that out

if its not tiesto or astral, then it must be something very rare.
maybe pulser made it himself not to sell.

I have this remix called Pulser - Cloudwalking - Liquid Life Remix. Its one of the harder mixes I have heard. Hope this helps.
