oh man.... will be an amazing time... 4 floors!!! the rooftop will be all trance... glowstringing is welcome! weird clothes are welcome! only $10! .... all styles of music! you can't go wrong! and they dont play old shitty trance... the play the good shit ... not armin's style or commercial german trance style as we know... which is great... lots of respect for armin, pvd, corsten, gielen, etc.... but this is just something different... just as fun... and reserved only for dancing... i can't dance for shit to half of the songs played by armin... lol they're too slow and the synths are too long...

How is it?
How big is club shelter? Is it decent spot? I never been there.
I had a blast when I went last week. It's great if you wanna try something new. A total variety of ppl too. They had a chill rooftop astmosphere, which was my favorite spot. This chick dj called Empress was up there spinning some sick D+B and ppl were dancing and glowsticking to it. Ppl were just hanging out enjoying the great weather-everyone I met was really friendly. The 2nd level was a decent variety of several dj's throughout the nignt-a lot of hard stuff for dancing and battling. I'm hoping to make it back in time from a wedding in Philadelphia to go this Friday.

is a little clearer:
the rule in nY is that after 10 you can't blast music or something, and this club is in a residential area, so the rooftop was pretty quiet. The glowstickers were off to the side not really glowsticking to the music-ppl were just sharing moves w/ each other. The ppl directly in front of the little "dj area" went nuts though.
There's no elaborate staging here-it's an intimate place. And for a change I enjoyed it.

I made a few friends when I went and met up w/ ppl I had seen at other events-it's nice to run into ppl u don't know too well but have seen around-u get 2 talking and there's a new bro to party with

Its always pleasant when the vibe is cool and the people are friendly. I am also looking forward to meeting you and surge. Surge is always trying to get me to get out more and he is like a walking advertisement for the events he goes to

) but how do u think it will ever get done right. They have to practice. I glowstick, im not the best but Im not bad either...but I am getting there....and yes, you must do it to trance. IMO...I cant do it to anything else except silence.

not sure if this event is still happening.... its not happening at club shelter anymore..... they're having a hard time arranging it and such.... i'll keep you up to date in the next 24 hours if this is still happening and where....
