GA Tech's Trance Radio Show TONIGHT!

Hey guys! I'll be spinning live at Georgia Tech's radio station tonight. If you're in Atlanta, please tune in and if you're not in Atlanta you can go online: http://www.wrek.org/ This is pretty big considering Atlanta does not have a dance station like south Florida.

Here are the details! Please pass it along!

WREK has two Technics SL-1200M3D turntables, with a Stanton SK-5 mixer.

Thank you everyone for calling in and your support!

The show was completely live and the things were less than ideal but we made it work. The mixer at the radio station was a basic scratch mixer with no equalizers. I had to use the crossfader. The turntables, though 1200s, did not have slip mats but the rubber mats that come with the tables. Not to mention I was nervous as hell. I apologize.

Patrick: Sorry I couldn't play Loops and Things. I thought I brought it with me but I was wrong.

Sara: I couldn't find Satellite for your request either.

Next time, if there is one, I'll be sure to play those two tracks right off.

He did such a great job =) Yeah not only was the equipement less desiring the ac was out it felt like a sauna in there, but we had a great time. Thanks Nate for having me in the studio it was fun =) btw everyone New issues of JIVE Magazine are out!!!

Thanks for the support Jack The mixer had no equalizers so I had to use to the crossfader. Turns out the crossfader is a scratch fader so it cuts off the volume instead of a smooth curve. I should use the volume faders next time but even that wasn't a smooth curve.

Next time your up we should all go out there to give scott support and stuff. We should just bring your own stuff. Show them how its really done!!!!! Pull up with tike 5 or 6 cars worth of equipment. Oh and when dude asked you were do you here this kind of music, bobby had the perfect answer. YOUR HOUSE ON A SAT NIGHT!
