Just.... Dont.... lie ...dowwwn......

John Stapleton is class on GMTV
class. this is me like everynight. then it hits about 8am and you're knackered so lay in till midday. the day is fucked. then battle it through the night again. tis a fooker. it usually goes on for a month or 2 then fucks off for a bit. then comes back...
i find forcing myself to lye in bed for an hour or so usually works. i reckon its coz of summer being fun and exciting and also really hot, it makes my pillow too hot and cant sleep.
I always find the best thing to do is aim for about 5am and get to sleep for about 3 and a half hours till half 8 and have a viciously noisy alarm clock placed across the other side of the room. Then get up go about the day come back for 5ish at night and go back to bed for 4 hours and u've nearly achieved 8 hours sleep for the day. works for me anyway
siesta all the way. i just love an afternoon sleep

I always wake up groggy with a foul taste in my mouth though, which is a bit of a downer.
Ahhh i've been there before. I hated my sleeping pattern during Sixth Form, but now that i'm currently working full time during the day my sleep is a bit better. That'll probably all change if I go uni tho

| Originally posted by swisstoni yeah, grogginess is nasty. sometimes i feel sick too. but there is just something so relaxing about having a lay down half way through the day..as if you're giving yourself a little reward. lay down in big comfy, spongy bed with warm pillows and nice surroundings |
