well one true fact is u cant kill urself by holding ur breath, not as big as drowning one, but its true, cuz ull body takes over by passing out, and ur breathing resumes...now if u gag urself thats diff, but u know...

and ur elbow skin does hurt, just way less than other parts...(i just did it, and if i squeeze hard enough, i can feel a little pain
