ok this tune is stuck in my mind...
it has an electro sounds like and old synthesizer and a male vocal
i think it says something like: " we are the ...."
and then it has 3 more verses and then the synth starts (synth sounds like the sound in swayzak - state of grace, you know that really "thin" sound)

i cant get it out of my head nor i can remember where i heard it
