10 minute preview of The Day After Tomorrow tonight on Fox!

The movie doesn't open til May 28th, But fox will be airing an exclusive 10 minute preview of the movie tonight from 8:44 til 8:54pm EST time, So set your VCRs or TIVOs.

I heard this was a prequel or sequel *not sure which one* to Independance Day but bruce willis backed out so they have to edit the script

Its not a prequel or sequel to anything, This is a movie about What if global warming happened, The polar ice caps melting, They will result a in a global climate change thats catastrophic all over the planet.
