Who has developed blacklight eyes?
After constant exposure to blacklights, many people develop blacklight eyes. If you dont know what I am talking about...its when you are under a blacklight and the pupils of your eyes literally glow a blueish purple. I have blacklight eyes, and some of my friends have it, but not all of them...even the ones who have been exposed to blacklight alot. I have also noticed the actual color of your eyes is irrelevant. Its just the pupils. Just wanted to know if anyone else has noticed this...
LOL either you have watched that movie 'Belly' way to many times your you just really like blacklights.
lol
Yea...I have seen Belly, but thats not really what inspired this thread. I am just curious as to why some people get them and why some dont...like for instance are they insufficiencies in my eyes? I do like black lights though. I have 2 large ones in the living room, strobes, lava lamps, spinning lamps, etc. Just my type of taste in decor I guess.
I might be wrong but it might have something do do with the amount of mercury in your eyes.....like you know how some people, no matter what....they always have redeye in pics....yeah, i dunno
sounds like you shop @ Spencers alot.
Yep Yep!!!
I love Spencers. I work in Long Island and there is a Spencers in every single freakin mall here, they are unavoidable!!! And today is payday!!! Dammit, If I walk by I MUST go in. I dont know how that freaking store lures me so
i dont but my cats do...
I hate spencers.....prob beacause of the people that it attracts in my neck of the woods....something about people dressed in all black with spikes in their faces that scares me.
Cool
cool
BTW Re: http://www.tfst-nyc.com/ who is the organizer for these events?
hmm interesting thread...i didnt even know this occurs
well..
Next time you are under a blacklight, check your eyes out in the mirror so see if you have it to. You dont have to look hard, if you have it it is defiently noticeable.

I just have my tounge and nose pierced. I did have my eyebrow but took it out like when I was 16, and a few tattoos. I wont go any further than that.

That sounds really cool. I would suspect that veteran clubbers and DJ's would have this, expecially if the clubs they are used to do not have good lighting (in terms of "white" lights)
i get them too.. my eyes glow under blacklight

| Originally posted by CityKitty yes, it is bad for you. And don't get all exited about blacklights ppl. First of all, EVERYONE's eyes glow under blacklight. So do teeth, dead skin cells, and anything white. The fact that the "pupils" glow afterwards is like staring at the sun too long. Your eyes retain the radiation-that's why you "see spots" after you stare at the sun. |
