Alex Pea - Energic Sphere

Hi
This is my latest project. Or.. Heh, I made it today. In less than an hour. It's a very energic tune. Not trance, but something alla Prodigy...Breakbeat or something.

I'm not finished, but I think it's kinda groovy

Whoa sounds really nice and fun. Good job.
What I would do though is add some deep sub bass instead of that synth bass. Like the bass in "Paradise" by Vengaboys. Also make the strings less cheesy, maybe...

There actually IS a deep bassline..Playing the same notes as the other...It's coming in @ 00.25...But I guess you can't tell... I decided to keep the bass a little low because of all the drumming going on... It would probably destroy the sound

100%! FUTURE FAVOURITE, like I said

nice sound!.. What did u use to make this?

Posted by alexpea on May-14-2004 17:35:

Oh.. I used Reason 2.5 to produce it, and Soundforge 6.0 to master it.

i excepted something dreamy and uplifing from you because your last melody which you were giving away for remixes was very great and emotional (you should do something in that genre :P) but this track maybe is not my kind of music i listen, but sounds very professional and its enjoyable to listen keep up with good work

While the arrangement and production quality is sound, especially the break beat and perc patterns, the synths and melody are way too cheesy to me. It kind of reminded me of kids TV theme music. Sorry!

It would be interesting to see what you make of a full on prodigy style track with distortion left right and center and a whole load of aggression!

Really like this. I'm a huge Hardcore fan so obviously the main elements of this appeal massively to me. Yeah some parts sound cheesey but they should for this style, it's pure bouncey happy fun. Great work.
