this is a 5 minutes sample I know pretty much everything needs work the beat really was just layed over I mostly worked on synths...

this is an ok start, it sounds too amatuerish , the bass is the only good part id say and the pads are ok, should add more acho to the pads, let them flow, the kick needs to be MUCH louder, the clap needs to change right away, the percs u need a lot more, and ya.. hehe

I have to agree with sunquest in that it sounds very amateurish

The part that needs fixing the most is the kick. I don't know what you did, but it sounds like you inverted the left and right channel which basically messed the kick up quite a bit. The signals from the left and right channels cancel each other, creating what sounds like a hollow empty sound in the middle

Also, like sunquest said, the percs need to be beefed up a lot... try layering a filtered breakbeat on top of them... It can give a nice touch...

But keep on working at it! Good start if you just started!
