Workin Out Thread
I think there was some confusion as to when this thread started
6 months ago. so i closed it and im beginning a new one.
Feel free to post pics and add advice. here is my original post of today.
********TOTAL RESURRECTION*******
BEFORE (6 months ago I think it was)

NOW (20 minutes ago may 14th)

sorry lighting is totally different and all i have at the moment is a shitty webcam.
Thoughts, comments? What looks wrong? Im really trying to get myself into shape here,
and like the original thread, Id like real criticism. The old stuff helped immensely. Cheers.
PS. I have to click and pose as fast as possible to be using both
my arms hehe thats why its a little awkward.

lookin good...shoulders could use some improvement tho
which head? or all?
meh theyr enot actually that bad...theyre actually pretty proportioned with the rest of ur arms so i wouldnt do anything extra
lol ok
i just think big shoulders make ur arms look bigger...which is true to a point
ps orbax that first picture of you ur left eye is reder then the right and it makes u look like a cybirg...it makes me laugh..reminds me of universal soldier or terminator
you look like the effin terminator. just one more person who could kick my ass
This was me about 6 months ago........
And this is me about a month ago. Dont have any more recent ones but ive gained about 5 pounds of muscle since this pic was taken.

If you have intentions of getting stronger and not too worried about getting ripped, take protien supplements for faster results.

you already heard what i had to say
Orbax: you could use some work on your pecs, they're a bit flat
otherwise, looking good!
just reading the rest of that old thread...i'm glad you liked the lunges...i promise you're legs will be awesome if you keep that up for 6 months regularly...especially ass..
Yeah, I can feel it already hehe. im excited.
If I were you I'd layoff the steriods they're turning your eyes red.

Nice improvement there orbax! If there are any tips I could give it would be to work on your pecs the most. That being said, I havn't lifted weigths since highschool(that's 3 years now), so don't listen to me
me as of around 4 months ago:

I've lost alot of definition since highschool, and I think I'm starting to look flabby
hmmmmm maybe I should post my pics....me now....me 2 yrs ago.
I say don't overdo the arms, work on the legs more, you want to look normal....not some guy with big arms and small legs...looks funny....you see those people at the beach all the time.
back to planning my marathon I guess.
Posterior Deltoid - Not quite as developed as other delt heads.
Pecs - Look relatively smaller and less defined (at least the lower/side areas do) in proporton to other areas.
Triceps - Not quite as developed as biceps from what I can see (a front and back double biceps pose would help with seeing this, lats, back, traps, and even pecs)
Lower back - I can't really see it so...
Upper back - Perhaps more thickness, can't tell really
I suggest a most muscular pose and front/back double biceps poses as well as standing relaxed facing toward, away, and to the side to give people more of an overall idea.
I also suggest to not take my advice seriously because i'm neither a fitness trainer nor a professional bodybuilder. And i've never really critiqued anyone else before. The only thing above that I can be 100% sure of is the posterior delts.
EDIT: Yeah legs. Don't neglect the wheels.

I actually need to be just toning my body and losing weight because if I gain anymore muscle in my shoulders I'll need to shop at Big & Tall stores for sports jackets |

out of curiosity, how many pounds/kilos can you all bench and squat?
