1995-96 ish dated tune similar to "Children"

I miss this song I used to have on an old cassette which I lost the insert card for therefore have no tracklisting. I remember it well. I wish I knew the name, so I thought I'd describe it in as much detail as I can and give any info I have on it in hope of finding out it's name.

It has a VERT similar structure to Robert Miles' famous "Children", but a bit more complexity in the melody.

It starts out with a piano melody as a solo for a few bars.
The second time round, a guitar is introduced into the background.
Then we get your usual "oompah" offbeat Eurotrance kick and bass pattern.
A loop layers itself over the top of this, sounding, again, very similiar to what happens at this point in "Children".
Once the piano comes back in, it's full on with a bass pattern and everything.

That's the best I can remember, I'm not sure what else happened after that.
I remember hearing it in what I think was Baywatch once when I was channel surfing, and the cassette I had it on was like "greatest hits 96" or "hits 96" "big hits 96" somewhere along the lines of that(in the UK), and it was the song before DJ Dado's X-files remix.

i have always been waiting to find this song too! i heard it in Greece for a commercial for milk i think i don't know who makes it but the song is or was pretty hot.
