Damn IE home page!!!

Well, i dont know shit about computers and stuff, but I dont know how this happened...

my homepage on IE goes to ....c:\searchpage.html#1520

WTF is that. i used to have it set to tranceaddict.com but now it goes to some crappy ass homepage....i keep changing it to be set to TA.com, but after i close IE and open it again, it goes back to ...'

...i dont know ow to get rid of it for good....i have ran spyBot and adaware but i guess its not spy ware or adaware...any help please...................

oh, and when i search for a site, i have to type the whole http://www.xxxxxxxxxx.com thing instead of just www.xxxxxxxxx.com
