StreetSpirit (Tiesto) & SoundOfGoodbye (Darkmatter) Recon

I was randomly listening to tunes, and i got radiohead's tunes..i was wondering, since Radiohead - Street Spirits (Tiesto Remix) and Perpetuous Dreamer - Sounf of Goodbye (Darkmatter Remix) won't be released, does/did anyone tried/cared/wants to make a reconstruction of them..
i remember DanceAddict was the man in this field, but i never heard of him anymore..

I am by no means a legal expert, so take what I'm about to say with a fairly sizeable grain of salt, but wouldn't replicating either of the two remixes be construed as copyright infringement (be it that of Radiohead's , Tiesto's, or Armin's work, I'm not sure which)? My thought stems from the discussion of a lawsuit being filed by M.I.K.E. against Scooter for the unaccredited usage of his Universal Nation melody in one of their many shitfest songs.

I'm thinking that a reconstruction being sold for money could be grounds for a lawsuit on the behalf of Radiohead for a Street Spirit reconstruction and Armin for a recon of the Darkmatter Remix of The Sound of Goodbye. Isn't a similar set of circumstances preventing the Trifactor vs. G&D Remix of Hello from being released?

What about the Wonky / Perfecto mix of Street Spirit? Anyone remember that?

Last big night out was at Turnmills in November and this was dropped.....

Nobody ever mentioned making money out of them.

Well at least that's a real deal and not a fake.

Street Spirit (Tiesto Remix) was released awhile ago. I actually bought it online for my best friend as a gift a couple years back. She still plays it at times, I believe

I would love to have a reconstruction of the Dark Matter remix of SOG... that remix is TOO GOOD for just radio rips. I do hope it gets released and soon!

no you didn't, this remix has only been around for the past year of so...you bought her the wonky mix that oakenfold played all the time

It is whatever remix Tiesto is playing the last few months. Maybe it was a year and not a couple years.

Is that supposed to be sarcasm??

Anyway, I was just trying to help bc I thought it was released. One of my friends lives in Amsterdam and found this and it was a white that said Tiesto Rmx on there. I was never a big fan of the song so I didn't listen to it and couldn't tell if it is different that the Wonky Remix or not. I emailed my friend to go and buy it (ok, so maybe that doesn't qualify as buying online), he sent it here, I gave it to her, she likee it, that's as far as my knowledge goes. If I got duped, then silly me. Just trying to help... not like I gain anything by giving you guys false info. Sorry if I'm wrong.

Tiesto's remix hasn't been released at all. The only time it's come close is when a CD-R of it was stolen from Cor Finjeman's record case, but I've yet to see it anywhere online.
