hmmm quite a curly little conundrum you have proposed beg-for-dick. i for one must say both are worthy candidates to represent the egg in its most glorious form, however, if i was to pick... i would go by the following criteria;

omelette: versatile - you can pretty much put anything into an omelette, bacon, mushrooms or even krill if you like.

original: old skool if you will, the sensation of entering your bread into its runny yolk is comparable to having sex (with a girl), satisfaction personified.

WINNER: the one, the only, the original.

neither - scrambled are the best!! fried are good if u flip em over for 10 seconds so the yolk gets basted....omelettes are alrite but a lil dry..........but scrambled rocks...made with cream so they come out fluffy and soft....yummmmmm

agree on the 10 second egg rule... but poached eggs are definitly the way to go !!

if i have to eat omelets then i add ketchup while theyre on the pan --- mmmm makes them taste so dam good !

My dad use to be a body builder and drank raw eggs to get that extra boost.

I like having egg whites. get like 3 egg whites in a bowl beat it with the mixer machine till it goes like a big foam ball add banannas and suger hmmmmmm the best.
