Cox & Tenaglia battle!

More history in the making.... Wish I could see this....

i dont believe this.... first off they are 2 completely seperate genres. Second, i cant believe tenaglia would acutally agree to this. Hes quite the princess..

Although if its true it will be interesting

check out the thread on dtourism.com to see how Danny really feels about Carl, then you'll understand.

Could you give an executive summary? I don't want to have to register to read it...

2 different genres? I've heard Danny and Carl spin sets that went from techno to house to trance and back to techno in the matter of an hour. Neither of these dj's musical abilities can be categorized by a genre. They spin what they are in the mood to spin and what will get the crowd going.

And suggesting Tenaglia is a princess is a rather interesting comment. What makes you think this? Examples? I've had the pleasure of talking to him many times before his sets at Arc/Vinyl and he has always been one of the most down-to-earth dj's I've ever met.

Maybe if Carl & I were around 25 years old, we would've possibly considered sitting down and talking about becoming the next Sasha & Digweed or Deep Dish? LOL

Who knows what the future holds? I sure do wish wish Carl lived here in the US.
I know where I would be on my nights off . -

Cox is the ONLY DJ who can often play above 130 bpm's and makes me GET IT!

I also think this is why we compliment each other very well when we work together. Plus, we sincerely admire and respect each other and have no insecurities.

We're too old for that! ---- (I believe he is 27 and I am "still" 29) - LOL

Coxy is a master.

i went to the cox vs. tenaglia party at twilo on president's day (feb 18) 2001.

it was INCREDIBLE. cox was on first, then they battled for quite some time, then tenaglia took over.

i have yet to attend a party more crowded than this one was. i'm so glad i went and experienced it.

gonna try to make it on july 4th...
