Codec for Microsoft Media Player?

I downloaded Tiestos new video of the song Love Comes Again, which was aparently aired on Video Hits on saturday on channel 10. So I wanted to see it. I have Win XP and newest Media Player.

When I run it, it says there is an error and that the codec is incorrect. Does anyone know what codec I need and where can I get it from?
