Richard Tulip ?

I'm led to believe he is hardtrance, any tracklistings, names of tunes he usually plays/is currently playing, also is he ANY good ?

Posted by SamSamSam on May-20-2004 15:23:

hes shit, proper

Posted by Ste on May-20-2004 16:01:

he's shit when he plays "hard trance" but decent when he plays prog.

Cool

he's a resident at promise, www.promisealways.com and every time i've seen him he's been mint, even his hardtrance sets are mint, just plays hands up too much

ive seen him play a good hard trance set once, the first time i saw him play hard, played decent stuff, not that tony burt type chedder he canes these days

Posted by SamSamSam on May-20-2004 16:23:

well i saw hit at passion and i stand by my statement till proven otherwise

Posted by RubiK Cube on May-20-2004 16:29:

Seen him a few times all as warm-up and he plays some mint prog trance

Posted by mentalbarter on May-20-2004 17:32:

i dont have a problem with him
except when he tries to scratch

but apart from that no complaints

Posted by DRM on May-20-2004 19:26:

he is the best warm up prog dj i have seen out of any1. always gets the crowd moving with interesting prog rather than the shit that sends you to sleep. the only people who say he's shit are the people who have seen him like twice or something. his hard trance sets arent as good these days as they used to be but thats mainly due to the fact that hard trance isnt as good these days as it used to be

werd. however i agree with sam that ive seen him once and his passion set, which was midway thro a great night, came on in a full flowing night and killed it entirely with a combination of slow, poorly produced, and cheesey tunes.

He is good as a warm up dj. Dire as anything else.

Posted by sleepydragon on May-20-2004 23:12:

ive seen him once i think
hes not bad but not that good either

Posted by Ste on May-21-2004 20:30:

yeh, i saw him at passion and he was dogger but at promise (a long while ago) he played a good set, tunes like sioux - pho and the like.

Yeah I've seen him a couple of times. He was alright, nothing spectacular though. Never heard him play any prog.
