Smiley DJ Help!! How to configure PCDJ FX With Sound Blaster Audigy 2 PLatinum!!!

I am having trouble configuring PCDJ FX to work with my Audigy 2 platinum card. I am trying to configure my outputs correctly so that I can have the cued player play through my headphones or have the cued player play seperate from the main output. I have my settings as:

Player A 1/2 stereo
Player B 1/2 stereo
Cued player 3/4 stereo
looped 3/4 stereo
metrenome 1/2 stereo

I have my speakers plugged into output 1 (1/2front speakers) and I have my headphones plugged into output 2 (3/4rear Speakers)
I have my speaker settings to 4.1 speakers in the creative settings

Now with all these settings that seem logical to me I should get Main music going to my speakers and then the cued player going to my headphones. Well its not working right.

Here is whats happening to me. I have the cross fader set all the way to the left for player A and no cue button is pressed. I press play on player A, and I get full volume sound in my Speakers and my earphones (I should only get music out my speakers right now). I am getting sound in my earphones even though I have no player cued. Its like the main audio is coming through output 2. I cannot control the volume of player A in my headphones unless I turn down the main volume in the cue panel or the player A volume. So I turn down the volume in player A to turn off the sound in my headphones. Now I press play in player B. No sound in my headphones. Good. I press the cue button for player B and now I get sound in my headphones like im supposed to, only the volume is really really low. if I turn off the cue button for player B, i get no sound, then press the cue button for player A, I get sound again with the same volume level as player B. It sounds like the cue feature is working right only the volume is way down and I got PLayer A's volume all the way off so that means no music is coming out the main with my speakers. this is all wrong. Its not wroking right.

Whats wrong with this picture? what am I doing wrong? I dont know if im setting somthing wrong or if its just that the software is not working right with my soundcard. My sound card the manufacture says is a 4 channel soundcard so It should support multi-channel features.

This has been a feared and long battle to get a true DJ setup with the PCDJ software line up. I had ok promisses with PCDJ red that I was able to get 4 channel mode to work right only it was very buggy and it too was not perfectly running like I tell it too. its like as iff PCDJ doenst support Soudblaster cards or someting. Or else Soundblaster doesnt know how to make drivers work right for true 4 channel spliting. Well someones help will be appreciated as to I cannot find where to ask about this problem. thank you

If the volume is super low through the cans then I'd check anything and everything modifying the amplitude of the signal that passes through that output.

If you're setting channel 1/2 as your master out, and 3/4 as your monitor, why do you have a metronome on channel 1/2?

If you want a different set of drivers...actually I'm not sure if they support Audigy 2, but you might want to check out the kX drivers.

And if all else fails, you should probably talk to tech support instead of asking random people on the internet. After all, you paid them money and you didn't pay us anything.

I installed the kx drivers. I am still not getting this setup I want to work porperly. Creative doesnt support 3rd party software. So that isnt helpful. I am hoping that someone out there who has tried to do the same thing I am doing, has figured it out and could lend a helping hand and help me out to get this working. I am not the only one who has this problem, as I know many others who would appreciate the help

If you're not the only one that's had this problem, then why ask here instead of just asking their tech support? Both companies must know of the problem if it's happened before.
