I guess this is german and though I'd post it here

I need an translation from german into english as soon as possible:

"Americus aka Padm� hat ein eindrucksvolles Wallpaper von ~M1cro5lave bei XXX gefunden und ich nehme alles zur�ck, was ich jemals �ber Leute mit Zahlen im Namen gesagt habe. Danke, Americus!"
