Hurley & Todd - Why can't I buy This

I want to buy "fly away" by hurley and Todd, which appears on the best euphoric breakdown album. But there doesn't appear to be a single copy of this record on sale anywhere in the world! Why is this??

I have a friend who says it could be on an ep and the title of the ep is not fly away. Is this correct? I really really wanna buy this record, and am annoyed that it's nowhere to be found.

It never got released I'm afraid, shame cause its a great track.
