I think i may end up going to the Philippines instead of Thailand after seeing this

Yeah man Thailand is the world's leading nation in sex change and plastic surgeries...it's also very culturaly acceptable there and you can easily buy hormone pills over the counter no matter what age you are - not to mention that pretty much all their doctors are trained in the US or some other advanced western country...kinda scarry though you really never know who's a guy and who's not
