Attention Whistle Haters!! Help For Hire!

As I browse the boards, I sense suffering, anger... a general fear.

As people revel in the glee that is the summer lineup, that glee diminishes with the thought or chirping of the dreaded "whistle troll".

I am offering to take care of this problem for you, as a sort of enjoyment bodyguard you can say.

Simply offer me what you think fair in this thread, and next event I shall take care of the problem for you. Perhaps you can pool your resources together, afterall, I may need bail.

Live in fear no more!!

(for references, please ask marshmallow and Lil-Kandi Angel about the scum-bag patrol package I offered @ the 1yr)

most people dont realize that a messageboard is a public forum and must be treated the same as anything written in a newspaper or said on tv. If you say threatening things, liablous things, etc you have the chance of being sued. Its just a given.

Again dont shoot the messanger and go on saying what you want. Just remember that if whistle dude were to read this and get upset enough by it he has legal rights.

And you dont need to be a lawyer to see this either.

Uttering threats

264.1 (1) Every one commits an offence who, in any manner, knowingly utters, conveys or causes any person to receive a threat

(a) to cause death or bodily harm to any person;

(b) to burn, destroy or damage real or personal property; or

(c) to kill, poison or injure an animal or bird that is the property of any person.

Punishment
(2) Every one who commits an offence under paragraph (1)(a) is guilty of

(a) an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years; or

(b) an offence punishable on summary conviction and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding eighteen months.
