What are your thoughts about the Matrix 2 soundtrack?
Myself, I don't think it's worth buying, unless in a bargain bin. Two good songs and a decent score just aren't enough. If they just would've kept the metal out of it.
There are some nice tracks and some really crappy tracks on it..
Just my thoughts.

DIdnt like any of the matrix soundtracks.
_meh_...maybe because i didnt like the movie that much.
Liking the movie plays a very important part in liking the soundtrack.
I mean, look at kill bill 1.The music is not groundbreaking, but yet, its just so fun to listen!

Kill Bill 1 was one of the absolutely worst movies I've ever seen.
Seriously. So very repetive, and Tarantino seems to think floods of blood redeem a near-the-bottom everything else.
Try not to flame me, but use constructive criticism instead.
Tarantino did not want plot to do anything with the 1st movie. Its just one of his innovative ways to make a movie. Thus putting the movie in chapters and linking them all together in the 2nd movie.
Just let ur mind break loose from conventional cinema and enjoy the ride.
If u didnt appreciate Volume 1, I would think that you would not have liked Pulp Fiction that much?

Not a great soundtrack imo, but Fluke - Zion is totally awesome.
If you like ordinary orchestral soundtracks you should check out the Matrix Revolutions OST, it's great.
Didn't care too much for the soundtrack, but Fluke-Zion was awesome. If they hadn't added all the Matrix samples in more than half of the songs on the soundtrack, I might have liked it more. But unfortunately for them, it wasn't trancey enough to hook in the EDM lovers, and it wasn't rockish enough to get the rock fans to like it. They tried to appease both sides and ended up getting no one.

Reloaded soundtrack has some good tracks on- Dread Rock, Zion, Chateau, Mona Lisa Overdrive...
And of course the best track on the soundtrack: RATM- Calm Like A Bomb.
Revolutions has a pretty crap soundtrack. The original has the best, by far.
Haven't heard it yet

Tetsujin, Navras and the Pale 3 track are the only good ones on Revolutions.
Not so bad in my opinion, but I don't like these hard beats at all. Personally I enjoy Paul Oakenfold's "Dread Rock" the most.
