very strong track man very strong!

Chords and melody = Spot On!

synths are just superb, love the pads

nice builds man

love the synth that is much like pushes (been doin some of his style synths too myself!)

its definatly professional mate

the main bit where its all in feels very right, full and tight man good job on that.

Finally nice one! u gotta winner on ya hands.

Excellent track for just one day of work. ( Wish I could make such quality material in one day )

Posted by Mane on May-27-2004 21:52:

wow mate its the best track ive heard from you!!! go and send it to laybels and you will be for sure signed!!!

Posted by dj-rob on May-27-2004 22:07:

this is great. heres whats wrong though, muddiness kick feels like its being flattened by the rest of the mix. too much reverb here and there, synth could use some work on the eq. little too high res here and there. definately good melody, but the mastering and eq is really messy so I would focus on cleaning those aspects up.

Posted by meylo on May-27-2004 22:08:

Dayum this is tight. I would definitly play it in my sets. Can I get a copy of it some how.

Posted by Spad on May-27-2004 22:12:

A really good production! I like the way it builds and the bassline's well done too.

Very impressed with the synths too, can't belive you did this in a day!

Posted by Massive84 on May-27-2004 22:20:

sorry mate this one didn't really impress me..

its good, but i hear not the usually overwhelming elements.

Posted by Sunquest on May-28-2004 00:03:

thanx for replies everyone, means a lot
to Massive: u win some u lose some
to dj-rob: i agree with ya on the mastering and reverb on that synth, im still getting the hang of mastering hehe, but i try my best

tnx again

ehhe, what's with everyone and 'ship this to asot!'
:P

there are other good/great shows out there.

anyways, i like this track, a bit different than your other recent productions, a bit more energy and less on melody, although by no means is there a lack thereof.
i still think you should finish final hope first, then finish this as well and shop them. =)

i did finish Final Hope, long ago
i just need the info of the labels to send it to, u think u could help me? pleeease

Posted by Thunder5 on May-28-2004 09:17:

Now what could I say, that already isn't said.

Wicked..

Finish this.

Posted by EternalMusic on May-28-2004 18:07:

I believe i like the FX here more than anything else . Wicked stuff. Some ideas: The kick is flat, over EQed? I like delay but i think there is too much here + too much reverb. With all the shiat, its quality!

P.S - Install Fruity so we can collab

Hey Sunquest,
good stuff, mysterious. I like it.
Also, try reducing frequencies at around 20 kHz to reduce hiss.
Cheers

yeah i talked to james, i saw your track in his mix and put two and two together, saw that all shortly after making my post and didn't think about revising it.

i sent an email awhile ago to:
"Email: [email protected]"

but have yet to get a reply

alright peeps, im sharing the 192 rip full song now so i hope u like it hehe

just check the first post of mine,

peace out and enjoy

Posted by djkuco2 on Jun-01-2004 18:25:

well, i think this one is better then most of the trance vinyls that are beeing brought out these days!!

1 thing that i hear is that the main lead synth is a little too loud.

but the rest is top quality!!!

Posted by DJ_Silverstone1 on Jun-01-2004 21:43:

iv not played a trance tune this loud for along time

Its truely stunning ur incredible i must say ur choir pad is .... well it made me wet my self as soon as it started playing the melody

:me: burns it to cd,
That is going in my record box. Forever.

i was gunna ask for a remix but.... that was the best i think it could ever be done.

Posted by RiCo on Jun-01-2004 22:54:

Ahhhh something fresh...no supersaws or other "cliched" cliches.

I really like it...it didn't stick to me, but I still loved it very much.

Posted by DjCommisad on Jun-02-2004 01:00:

dlin, thanks ron.

=)

Posted by jcosgrove on Jun-02-2004 06:28:

this is pretty decent...kick is a bit flat though.
