CDJ-800 Fix Help!!!

I ejected the cd and turned the cdj off. Now i turn it back on with no cd in the cd player. But it thinks it should be ejecting a CD therefore i cannot insert a CD. It gives me error E-9101. Anyone help?? In the back of the book it suggests blowing foreign particles out. Ive only had the thing for a day ffs. Thank You!

is there a hole there where you can stick this stick that's at the bottom of the player? if so, i would try doing that! that's for the cases the cd won't eject for some reason, but it might help here too! dunno! if it doesn't then take the mofo back and get it replaced/fixed.

don't know really anything about the cdj-800s as i only have experiences with the cdj-100s but as they're both pioneer this might work or at least i think you should try it out!

Also, since it's a pioneer cd deck I am sure that somewhere on it is a reset button. Usually you have to stick like a pen or a paperclip into a little hole to press it, but that should solve your problem.
