-- Is this right...?
Is this right...?
Dating a co-worker? There is this girl I work with. She and I seem to connect when we meet at work, however I do not know if she would be interested in getting together after work for drinks or something. I have never really asked.
There was one time when I did sort of ask her, but she said she "had to work late". Ever since then she seems to have kept her distance.
Going back to the original question, what are your thoughts on dating a co-worker?
Uh... I'm kinda doing it now...
I'm all for it as long as you can act normally in work.
Just hit it....plus pics of her OR STFU!!
I see nothing wrong with dating a Co-worker
HIT THAT SHIT!!

1- make sure your company doesn't have a no fraternizing policy.
2- why would you want to go out with someone that's avoiding you?
3- if she says no, will this affect your attitude/ behavior at work?
Oh, and hit it if you can. Office sex rocks.
Edit: that last part was a joke. I wouldn't date someone I worked with. It's just not a good professional way to conduct yourself at your place of employment. It causes problems more often than not.
just hit it, make a video tape, give it to your boss.
maybe he wants to hit it too.
success = promotion!
don't

my advice is to just do it.
u probably wont get a better chance anytime soon.
as long as one of you is not in a position of power over one another....like there is no chance you will be her boss, or she will be yours...then it is ethically wrong.
also check company guidelines...they usually frown on it.
other than that, rock out with you...eh, socks out...

I work in a pub with 20 co workers, its inposible to keep track of whos dateing who, i tihnk everone has nealy been out with everone by now, and it has never corsed any working relashonship problems so ad say hit it if it is not going to course problems at work.
Well if you do decide to see each other, it'll be cool if everyting goes OK, but if things start to go a bit Pete Tong, it could be really uncomfortable to go back to work. I guess you just gotta figure out how long you'll be working there, and if you're likely to stay together that long. Best of luck to ya anyways.

LOL
I agree with steakfury
Personally I would not date a co-worker, that's one line I don't plan to cross. It could be fun, but the work environment while you date is different and then if you break up, alters the work environment. Personally I don't like it and most companies have rules against it.
ifits a part time job go for it cuz even if u break up u can always find a nother part time job
but if its a steady real job ... i wouldnt risk it...

there's nothing wrong with it, as long as you two keep it professional at work
but keep in mind if it doesn't go well, there will always be the awkwardness of having to see her everyday at work =/
