-- I need a new car.

Posted by DJ FC on May-30-2004 23:00:

I need a new car.

I just sold my Honda Prelude, and let me tell you, I loved the damn out of that car.

Now I have no car, and I'm trying to find another Prelude, must be 5sp should be 2.2 VTEC motor.

I have almost no cash (pry around 6 grand max).

Perhaps I'll get a Nissan 240sx? Perhaps I'll get an old Cadillac? Who knows what I might get.

Damn I hate not having a car.

She was a 4sp Auto trans. And she had 140k on her (not bad for a Honda, but I drove her pretty hard, and it was beggining to show). She also only had the 2.3L motor, which is non-VTEC.

Buy a fucking civic and drop a prelude motor in that bitch.....

If I were in your shoes I'd look for a 99 or 00 Civic SI. I had one for a little over year and then went to a Prelude and then a RSX Type-S but, I still think that Civic might have been the funnest drive. Don't ask me why though because I dont know.

these are fun as hell to drive...

yuo could also drop the h-22 into an accord, if you wanted a roomier car hehe.

civic and fun to drive shouldnt belong in the same paragraph.

Get a RWD car, Nissan or such. Much more fun.

Posted by Jiffy on May-31-2004 02:11:

Aww man, civics aren't THAT bad.

Plus, it's not a bad idea, seeing as he's got a limited amount of $$$ to put towards the car.
