Its mixed you smart people. I listened to the 20 minute GU promo. Its mixed! Got some cool breaks tunes in it. Also, every song is edited by Sasha. Go to the Global Underground page for more info.

The promo is wicked, quite chilled and breaks orientated but sounds like it gets more uptempo towards the end of the promo ...

For more info on how it was mixed checkout this months DJ mah, good interview in there. Apparently some of the cd was digitally mixed but still "live" ... Sasha is having an interface for digital mixing custom built for live gigs ... check it out, interesting stuff !

Of course there's still the possibility that the vinyl version will be unmixed like airdrawndagger and the GU 13 vinyls were.

I would hope that some of those tracks are going to released unmixed at least, as the promo indicates it's going to be one high quality release, no surprise there though I would think.

Well, I'm only judging by the promo and tracklist, but, for example, Spooky - Belong is a bass-driven prog houser. Incidentally, if the promo is anything to go by, the reworks seem to consist largely of beefing up the bass, which is fine by me. Works well from what I've heard.

Don't post if you don't know what you're talking about.

It's a Global Underground production. Therefore, it will be a mixed compilation. As far as downtempo or not, that has nothing to do with the fact that it's another Sasha production on GU. Whatever he went for with this project, it's going to be good.
