File keeps refusing to open.

I downloaded that one MMORPG that was posted in the thread about the person looking for a free one, but it refuses to open. I double click on it, and it simply freezes, and dosn't open after any amount of time. Anyone know what's wrong?

Ok, I got it open. But how do I change user profiles in Firefox? For some reason, FF was running in the background when I tried to open it. Forced me to make a new profile, and I set it to always use that profile .
