Al-Haramain gets overdue facelift

I think this is big news. In the scheme of things, this represents a monumental step of cooperation and resolve. For years Al-Haramain funded terrorism under the guise of charity in countries like Indonesia, Somalia, Sudan. Now it will become (fingers crossed) a legitamate force for charity in those same regions but with professional multilateral oversight.

Ahh, now all I have are crushed dreams of turning the place into a theme park.

I mean come on, that would be one wicked haunted house.

Yup, this is big news. Wonder why this clampdown has taken so long. It seems to me that the House of Saud's unwillingness to aid in the "war against terrorism" has been given way too much slack.
