Question Questions on PVD @ Central Park

Hey, I have some questions on the PVD event @ Central Park. Im graduating from High School then I am moving back to my country in Europe. So I was planning to go to the PVD event as one of my last things I do in the area. Im only 17 so I really haven't expreienced the NYC scene. So I guess you can say that Im stupid when it comes to NYC events. I know the event is at 400 so I was thinking of getting there at 3? Also I will be going to the city next weekend, do you all recomend that I go to Sateilite and get the tickets. Also what is the event like? Do you suggest I should bring like a blanket for me and my friends to sit on and enjoy the show or is it a standing event? This sort of sucks though since I am a die hard dance fan and I miss events like Tiesto @ Avalon, Cox @ Roxy, Armin @ Roxy etc.

Thanks for the help guys and girls and if you think I am dumb, I am.

It's an event so I don't think they will let you bring water in yourself. As for a blanket, I did see people have those last year so it might be fun to bring. They do have bleacher seat in the rear of the event and trust me it's not big enough that you would miss anything.

The only thing that I thought I should of done was to bring a blanket and sit OUTSIDE the event and listen for free. I saw alot of New Yorkers doing that when I got there.

Anywho, you'll more then likely be up dancing for the better part of the night, so don't worry to much.

As for location, get to Central Park near 58th & 6th, and walk up til you hear the music. That's how we did it last year, and got there fine.

Have fun and good luck.

i havnt seen an age limit...i know a lot of 17 year olds going. I dont see this any different from a dmb concert, or 50 cent, i think thoes are all ages also.

Ahh i understand maybe ya need to talk to a youngster like me(im 16). Well in SS dont bring a blanket becuase you can sit at the benches behind(i think its really crappy if you go and just sit)and i dont think there is any room for a blanket or you can stand and dance your ass off. Also no need to worry about the age thingy. i think i was youngest there last year becuase there was this mailing list i singed and you had to put your name, email, and age and the closest to"YOUNG" i saw was 17 and i was 15 last year. Well hope this works if you have any more questions just ask.

PS:SS starts at 6 like many said but i suggest get there at 4 and then you will be in at a nice time.

See you at the park
