well for only 600 how good could it be, i mean everyone pisses on the 600 and thats a grand or so... so this has to be garbage, come on look at the name!!!

i mean just cuz it got more than 2 channels dont mean it necessarily deserves a second look, all that means is that it has more opportunities to sound bad

i dont know i was thinking about getting it, dont have the 1.2 hundred to drop on the djm and it has to be better then the berringer copy i dont know ill try it out befor i get it

apparently this product is supposed to be good. numark has teamed up with some other company, i think alesis, so they're gonna be making a lot of quality products. i mean, look at the ttx-1, they're so much better than any of the old numarks.

.... says the man with the name ESMdjm600

Oh, and by the way.... this mixer has 4 phono inputs, which is a HUGE + compared to the DJM600 (and yes I would need 4 turntables as I spin techno)

I think you are right, it does not look like an actual picture of the mixer. However I do not doubt it really exists, I suspect that this is just a computer rendering of the mixer.

there are actual pics of it up, just do a search. Also with the link I provided to djmart, it looks like a pic of the actual equipment

if you're looking for a 4 channel mixer w/ effects don't forget about the Denon x-1500.

You can get this for $679.00 as long as you do you're shopping around.

I have Numark TTXs and love them and never had any problems with them...
But my friends Numark matrix mixer is not doing so well after about 2 years of use. 1 channel doesn't work on it and a second one is starting to go on it. So if you're looking for something more reliable, look @ the Denon.

Or if you're willing to spend a little more, just get the A&H 62.

Thats the one I plan to get, that Denon looks so dam good, good features and from what I have heard good quality and no problems reported yet.

any updates on this monster yet?
looks damn sweet i must say

it looks nice and has some interesting features. i haven't heard much of it myself but it definitely looks the part and it isn't massively cheap or anything.. has the nice wet/dry fader & jogwheel, as well as the sampler which has the same smartloop + beatkeeper system thats in the axis9 and cdx.

most of the fx are also the same as the ones in the axis9 (with a couple more), but the added contollability will make all the difference as the effects do sound mint on an axis9, but it lacks wet/dry controls. for 400, it will a nice in-between mixer for people who want a decent fx mixer but can't be arsed to shell out on a djm600/denon x1500/nuo5, so long as it's built well that is.

i wouldn't mind having a play on one of these at some stage, but something tells me the faders will die in a year

numark: feel free to prove me wrong
